1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Compliyx services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Compliyx provides KYC identity verification, KYB business verification, AML screening, and ongoing monitoring services through our web platform and API. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your service agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful compliance purposes. You may not use our services to discriminate against individuals, for unauthorized surveillance, or for any purpose that violates applicable law.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, verification and screening results are provided "as is" based on available data sources. Compliyx does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party data. You are responsible for making final compliance decisions based on our results and your own due diligence.

6. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits as specified in your service agreement. You may not cache API responses for more than 24 hours without prior written approval. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed in client-side code.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compliyx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
